The American Express Publishing Luxury Summit, created by the editors of the influential affluent lifestyle brands, Travel + Leisure, Food & Wine, Departures, Travel + Leisure Golf, Executive Travel and Black Ink is a two-day, by-invitation-only event featuring keynote presentations, case studies, research findings, and panel discussions on the state of the global luxury sector. Established in 1999, the Summit gathers 250 of the world's major luxury producers, marketers and retailers and is the leading US event dedicated exclusively to the luxury industry.

Summit Fee

Summit fee is fully inclusive of hotel accommodations for April 26 and 27 (room and tax only), all scheduled meals, events, receptions, activities, program materials, White Paper and an Executive Summary of The Annual Survey of Affluence and Wealth in American 2008 produced by American Express Publishing and Harrison Group.


White Paper

Exclusive to the Luxury Summit attendees only, The White Paper is a comprehensive research paper on the state of the luxury market and includes an Executive Summary, results of the Summit's discussions and research findings.


Cancellations

Cancellations received prior to March 1 are subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on original payment. There will be no refunds or attendee substitutions on cancellations received after March 1.


Accommodations

Hotel accommodations for April 26 and 27 are included in the Luxury Summit fee.


Dress Code

During the meeting sessions the dress code will be Business Casual. The dress code for all other activities including receptions, dinners and events will be Resort Chic.


Transportation

Miami International Airport is located less than 10 miles from The Mandarin Oriental Hotel Miami. Car service will be available from the airport to the hotel.
